WRT Brown missing out on $2M, that's on his agent, not the Niners. He's singing sour grapes because other than a cursory interest by the 'Fins, he ended up in Oakland. I've said it all along, he and his agent were looking for starter's money and the best he'd get from Baalke was as a nickel...shoot, with Wright back in the fold, he might've been lucky to be the dime. If he really wanted to stay in SF, he'd have taken Baalke's offer. So, Tarrel, just chill, dude.

T. Brown was good for us. But he's a system CB that will not be anything special in Oak. Enjoy playing for a loser, TB.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Ever heard the saying, you talk like a man with a paper a-hole? T. Brown is a good corner. He's not elite. His size will never allow for that but most forget that while he was a mid round pick he was a top round talent. You lost all credibility when you called him a system cb. That's no shock here though. Scheme gets all the credit around here when it fits your agenda. Same people will be crying about the scheme the first time one of our corner gets beat or plays off with a 10 yard cushion on 3rd and five.

I always thought brown wasp overrated. He is a solid corner but he isn't worthy of a number 1 position.

Even if the Niners did offer 3/$10M, it's not like the deal was $3.3M pre season.
It wouldn't surprise me if the breakdown was something like:
Year 1 - $2.0M
Year 2 - $2.5M
Year 3 - $5.5M
Where year 3 was basically a fluff year in the contract that was never really attainable.

Curious of someone can compile all the anti-niner remarks Mike Florio has reported in the past 2 years? Was it florio who started the whole "regression to mean crap after our 2011 season and saying we would go 7-9 in 2012? I know it was PFT who made that claim. The anti niner remarks started since then.
When the whole Harbaugh to Cleveland fiasco happened I was one of the callers who brought up Florio's bias against the Niners on Bucher&Towny 95.7 the game, but they didn't put me on air. I wonder why no one ever takes a shot at Florio's so called sources and bias remarks....

He is a good CB.
BUT not worth what he was asking.
AND he needs to Man-UP! Stop blaming others for what you are responsible for.
It isn't like screw ups by agents are new, ask Dummerville and Billy Joel. It happens in every field.
In the end, you are responsible for your own life.
Good luck Mr. Brown and when we meet again - we will show you what you missed.

$10million is slapping someone in the face?
And the missed practice. Guy needs to grow up and take responsibility.

Yeah, once he realizes winning is more important than money, he will rue the day.
