Man, the Rams suck at cap management and/or are totally hindered by Bradshaw's contract.

There should be some big spenders this offseason once free agency starts. Oakland, Jacksonville, Cleveland, Indiannapolis have tons of money to spend. Lets see if they do anything or still pinch pennies.

They HAVE to spend a certain % of it, so they can't pinch pennies too much.

AB can you shed some light on why the cap never increases much since the new CBA? Also I thought there was a year in which it was supposed to jump significantly, is that true? If so when is that supposed to be?

Revenue and being just so damn cheap is the reason it hasn't raised a bunch. With the new CBS agreement with Thursday night games, it should raise around $8M a year more. 2015 should of been the year to raise up. 2013 and 2014 were suppose to be a lot higher than 123M and 126M. I don't get why the NFL and NFLPA can't come to an agreement. The rookie wage scale was suppose to give vets more money, but there are a lot of 1yr deals, or minimum deals.

I still haven't gotten confirmation on the year where they need to spend 89% of the cap. It was rumored for 2013. Now I dont know. Sick of the NFL dickering around. Just raise the damn cap for gods sake.
