How about you guys? Boldin is a fa and both Kaep and Crabs are eligable for extensions. Is there any other critical FA's this off season?

Boldin, Whitner and Dawson are the three key FA this year. Then the big ones hit next year with Kap, Crabtree, Aldon Smith and Iupati, but they can be extended now.

they got their ring...a good FO will keep the essential players and keep drafting well (which I think they do have)
just like with us when gholdson left we didn't lose a beat with eric reid.

not only will they be able to keep most of them. think of how they got into this position, finding hidden gems in mid to late rounds. just cus a few guys leave doesnt impair their ability to find the next hidden gem.

They're going to lose Sherman or Thomas. Both are FA's after this year and will deserve top dollar for their positions which will be around $13-14 Million for Sherman and $9-11 Million for Thomas, plus Wilson's coming up after this year.

and i'll refer to my hidden gems comment. they'll keep thomas over sherman and wont let wilson go obviously. when browner went down it was omg they're screwed, then maxwell came in and played better. jeremy lane also played good cb when given chances. as i said they'll lose a guy or two, but it doesnt take away from the fact thats currently they're the best team in the league at finding hidden gems.

We need to have an exceptional 2014 draft IMO in order to fill the void left by the atrocious 2012 draft and maintain future cap health with cheap labor.
Bingo!

Baalke has found his fair share of contributors. Kap, Reid, Aldon, and McDermott so far. Wasn't Culliver drafted under Baalke too? That list isn't to shabby, and im sure im forgetting some other contributors.

I think you mean Vance McDonald. He has hardly been a contributor other than for blocking, and he is not very good at that…yet.
The best has been Aldon. Reid has been good but we gave up a lot to move up and get him.
Jury is still out on CK.
Other than that, the last two drafts have produced nothing. Of course some are still injured.
Seattle, by comparison, has smoked a lot of quality out of mid-late rounds. That to me says a lot about their scout program.

Richard Sherman will be around for a long time. WWE Champion, and President of the United States.

While I know you guys don't want to hear this, Tate said he'd be happy to take less to stay. His words were "Why the hell would I want to go somewhere else"? I think this will happen with more than one of these guys.

Kap said something to that effect too. Part of me is encouraged by that kind of talk; part of me is extremely cynical about it.
Either way, I think the real pain for Seattle will be after the upcoming season.
