3 TD game, but silver lining for Pats is that they wouldn't have to convert any 2-pointers...but that is one slim hope.

It was a tough call, although any dome and Denver with good weather you probably lean towards a FG try in that situation.
I said it earlier...get the FG if you can't get TD and hope your D plays a play to get the ball quickly. 17 pt game...could have made it 14 easily.
They can't stop Denver. I think it was the right call.
You've to believe your D will make a play or Broncos will make a mistake. You want to stay in the game for as long as possible.
You see how the game is going and decide from there.

There would have to be one pick six in there for the Patsies to even have a chance of catching up.

Still gotta give a chance. Two possession game gives you a chance. 3 possession game doesn't. If they can't stop them - then scoring a TD won't do a damn thing either. You've to believe that you'll get a stop if you're trying to comeback from 17 point deficit.

They thought their best chance was to convert the down. They know they can't stop them.
