What no all of the above option? Has a better chance at being a porn director with that hairdo. His brother and their dad we're ok coaches. Nothing special. His defense is good to average. Don't think he is prime HC material. Did I mention he looks like a porn director?

Good question. I've long been a fan of his starting from his days in Oakland. I always thought he was sold short and should have been the head coach for the Raiders.
