I would take Shanny as a OC, but after he handled RG3 and his inexperience within the offense, I don't want that for young Kaep. Not sure that Shanny has the patience to teach young qb anymore, but that might just be the result of the Redskins' 'win now' environment.

I like Rod Chudzinksi going back to his days as the UM offensive coordinator. He was there during their last great run, put together the only good looking offense the new Cleveland Browns has ever seen (the 2007 Browns) and was in Carolina before going back to Cleveland. He's also never had the level of talent in the pros that we have on this roster now. He makes great use of tight ends and tends to spread the ball around. If Greg Roman is hired elsewhere, I'd love for us to interview him.
