Good! Helps us out next year

It also helps every other team out. Other teams are given just as much power to sign our players as we are given to sign our players.

True, but I think if we have the cap space, we will be able to roll for years to come.

if were willing to pay competitive wages and are a SB contender that they have familiarity with why would they leave? only stupid teams like seattle and the redskins overpay for s**t players, the niners are smart, they keep the ones worth keeping. teams that rely on FAs arent good teams for long

Fact. Case in point: Green Bay Packers.

Great point

lolwut, packers are pretty much in the playoffs every year.

if you want to give a good example of a team that overpays for FA and always suck, try and redskins/cowboys.

The Redskins franchise through out history have been notorious for this lol. Dan Snyder competes hard for the off season SB every year and that's about all he competes for.

ya and he drives up the market and f**ks over everyone else every year

worst owner of all time is,another title he competes for...though, perhaps there does not exist any competition at all.
