TRUE. But when you can afford to pay your own guys that you WANT to keep it makes building a dynasty that much more easier.

if were willing to pay competitive wages and are a SB contender that they have familiarity with why would they leave? only stupid teams like seattle and the redskins overpay for s**t players, the niners are smart, they keep the ones worth keeping. teams that rely on FAs arent good teams for long

lolwut, packers are pretty much in the playoffs every year.
if you want to give a good example of a team that overpays for FA and always suck, try and redskins/cowboys.

The Redskins franchise through out history have been notorious for this lol. Dan Snyder competes hard for the off season SB every year and that's about all he competes for.
