This just might work.

BUT...if I were going to chose people in the business now...

OC Josh McDaniels...with that said, I don't have the Hate for Greg Roman that a lot of people here have.

DC Jim Tomsula...OR maybe Kiffin or Wade Phillips if I could get Jim to do the DL still :)

OC - Bruce Arians
DC - Dick LeBeau
DL - Jim Tomsula

I would have LeBeau mentor Tomsula to take over for him.

I don't know about OC but I would like Mike Zimmer as my DC.

Maybe Darren Bevell as OC. He's done well with a midget & no name receivers.
Mike McCarthy & I'd honestly choose Vic Fangio
Clark Shaughnessy - both offense and defense. PS his grandson is Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzmann.

Clark Shaughnessy would be would be around 112. Passed away 1970, coached at Tulane, Stanford , vice-president of the da Bears. Father of the T-formation. Was also a defensive genius. When the 49ers were tearing up the league with the shotgun in 1960, George Halas asked Shaughnessy how to defend it, he said play a 5-3-3 defense, and that was the end of the shotgun till Dallas resurrected it in the early 70's.
