He is extending drives and Bc of it they lead the league with an average of almost 34 minutes of possession.

Defenses that get off of the field contribute to ToP as well.
There D may be one of the best in the NFL. Not sold yet on their offense. They are one of those teams though that may not be able to come back if they are down by 14+ Points.
If they can ever get an offense they can be scary good and do some serious damage in the NFC in the future.

Carolina is legit. A tough defense and a offense that can explode on any given play.
when.did they explode against us? on that TD-run???
their offense is good but ovr, as for now, the panthers are overrated.

They scored more than we did so they were the most explosive offense THAT game. Same story against the Pats.

They should trade for Andre Johnson this off-season.
They have the offensive tools, receivers - Smith, LaFell, Ginn, Olsen, runners - Williams, Stewart, Tolbert. That's plenty of artillery. Their one drawback is the erratic passing of Cam Newton. I've watched most of their games and he's way off on a number of throws. He bails the team out with his scrambling. He's tough to bring down, his lower body is strong. Kaep goes down with a brush to the ankles, Newton keeps the play alive. Their D is good, not better than ours. Brady was shredding them in the second half but ran out of time.

Beat the Pats..........no they didn't.
Their record and the way they are playing, its hard to deny them. Their capitalize on opportunities teams give them. They have just as good of chance as anyone right now who is winning.

There's a stronger case that they won vs them losing it. Even if the Pats got another play, there's no guarantee they would have pulled it off. And honestly if the Pats did get the call, I'm pretty sure everyone would be screaming about how the Panthers got screwed.

Unfortunately I think you're right. There was an infraction in the end zone any way you cut it. Because of that there is really no way to make that call. The refs are wrong either way because Kuechly obviously interfered with Gronk in the endzone but at the same time there was no way Gronk was going to get to that pass and it was intercepted anyway making it the entire thing moot.

There really was no reason for Kuechly to molest Gronk down there though and had he not done that the game would still be a win for Carolina without the controversy. Lets be honest, that was probably some of the worst coverage and technique you'll see form a linebacker in coverage. At least from one as good and as hyped as Kuechly. He's an excellent player but he's definitely lucky that his pass rush coupled with a bad pass from Brady bailed him out on that one.

THEY HAD THE SEAHAWKS BEAT but fumbled on the Seattle side of the field WITH THE LEAD with 5 minutes left.

Huh? In the game I saw, Carolina was scoreless in the 2nd half and lost the lead with 10 to go in the 4th. After the turnover, Seattle marched to the Carolina 22 and took a knee to burn the final 2 minutes. Maybe the Cats win if they don't fumble there, but a 2-3 point game with ~4 minutes to play is hardly a lock.

it is when the whole game was decided by field goals. ...

That's not what the scoreboard said.
