The guy that I feel sorry for is Ryan Tannehill, there goes his offensive line in one week.

I certainly hope you are kidding. Incognito is the punk, and his piece of s**t daddy is to blame. I hope his punk ass never plays another snap in the NFL.

That's precisely why the NFL is investigating the franchise right now. Some folks are going to get fired over this. How would you like to show up at work and be called a half bred p***y by a bigoted tough guy and be the target of hazing while your bosses stand by and laugh at you. s**t like that leads to workplace shootings and s**t like Sandy Hook and Columbine. The dolphins lost control of the clubhouse and it makes the whole franchise look bad.

@ susweel - You make yourself sound like some tough dude. The truth is not everyone is mentally or even physically tough who can confront these types of situations. That is why bullying exists. What if Martin took Incognito out to the carpark, took a shot at him and ended up losing the fight ? So, the same sh*t carries on ? This is not high school, man !! Incognito is 30 years old for God's sake !! Adults don't do this sort of crap. We live in a civilized society whereby these things are not supposed to happen.
Anyway, just watched Monday Kickoff on espn.go.com, wow these heavyweights like Cris Carter, Tom Jackson, Mike Ditka and Keyshawn Johnson totally laid into this Incognito situation. Really, there is no place for this anywhere. Is just totally unacceptable.

Olberman is right, the law might have to be applied there. Hate crimes and extortion, didn't even consider that angle of it. Not to mention the giant black eye this gives the NFL and especially the dolphins organization. Stick a fork in that fatass, he is done...

Everything else aside , the Veterans of that team failed to provide the leadership to help them grow as a team , when a 2nd year player is repeatedly harassed and f*cked with , I'm sure he will eventually reach his breaking point ...Martin handled it the best way he thought possible and just left ...because he could of went "big weirdo" on them and came back with a weapon and put it down on every m*therf*cker in that locker room ...gotta give gim credit for taking the high road and removing himself from the situation

Leadership ?! Hahahha, that's a joke. Did you know Incognito is in fact one of the leadership figures in that locker room ?! First off, how the fxxk does a di*k like Incognito become one of the leaders of the Dolphins locker room is beyond me ?! And how come noone stood up for the kid ? That was what Mike Ditka asked (in that clip I posted above). The truth is that fxxking Dolphins locker room is corrupt. I bet you any money by the time the NFL is done with the investigation, they would find out is a bunch of vets who have been responsible for this crap.

Him being on the "leadership council" is ridiculous to begin with. I think the whole dolphins organization is about to get reamed with an immersion blender. Incognito will be lucky if he doesn't get prison time.

Yep, that pri*k is in the Leadership Council, that is why I said that locker room is corrupt. You have a bunch of veteran bullies walking around in that place taking advantage of the rookies. That was why Martin didn't trust Philbin enough to tell him what was going on in their meetings until Martin's reps gave him the full lowdown on Sunday. Think about it, how can Martin trust his head coach when he endorsed these fxxkers to be part of this so called "Leadership Council" in the first place ?!

The nameplate above Incognito's locker is an indication of his beliefs and possibly a widespread NFL culture issue.
It read "There are two things that I (hate or don't like - I can't recall which word) taxes and rookies"...Sure it could be a joke but for the team to allow someone to have something prominently displayed is pretty lowbrow.
It could easily be an intimidation tactic that causes an "unsafe work environment" to use the legal terms that will be the undoing of the dolphins.

It's everywhere. Funny hearing Romanowski give his thoughts on bullying on csn a little bit ago.
Was his commentary a how to?
Lol
LOL, Romo is a crazy roid head that likes to spit in peoples faces. Romo is great to give advice to Incognito, they are probably brothers.

Incognito should have been suspended, and was, for his racist taunting and threatening.
As a carpenter, I worked in some of the worst areas of Oakland and San Francisco, areas controlled by gangs.
As a teacher, I worked at Fremont High School in East Oakland.
So I have a healthy appreciation of the fear--both its positive and negative aspects.
But, I am having a hard time understanding this particular mess and what seems to be the modern or current concept of bullying.
In my experience, bullies are to be avoided or called out. Either way, there are consequences to be paid.
When necessary, when they get out of hand, they need to be called out. Twice in my adult life, I have called them out.
I survived unscathed--both emotionally and physically. As it turned out, those who attempted to intimate people, had little or no meaningful support.
But, like I said, I really do not understand what is happening in the current world.
