Who besides Kap were the other two QBs to throw for 3500 and run for 500?

For their first 16 starts who were the other two QB's? My guesses was ken stabler, Otto Graham, and Randall Cunningham as nominees. Remember this record was for the 1950's on up.

Tarkenton would be my guess. But I'm too lazy to look it up

Cam Newton started all 16 games as a rookie. 4,051 yds passing and 706 yds on the ground.

He threw for 3,468 yards, but 350 was the most rushing yards in a season that he had.
