What do you know? You barely know the players on our team outside of Kap and Willis.
Who is Willis? Some scrub not going to even make the ps

Not sure I like this move, going to have to give it a thumbs down.

People suddenly forgot Haralson is coming off a bad injury and is beginning the downturn of his career
He was a beast this preseason. He was like a starter out there.
Which is exactly why we did the right thing-

probably a sixth rounder
I'll be pissed if that's the case
back up player coming off an injury you ain't gonna get much.

we couldn't stop the run like we did the year before (2011 with PH)

2011 - 3.5 ypc allowed (T-1st)
2012 - 3.7 ypc allowed (T-3rd)
Not exactly a huge drop off.

Yeah but for a 6th I'd rather just keep him. Hopefully the Saints were desperate.

So going from 1st to 4th in rushing defense is all because of Parys Haralson?

I guess a conditional 6th rounder that could become a 5th.

Since this preseason. He had at least 4 sacks in 2 games and as many pressures. He also tackled running backs. Linebackers need to do that. Other players at that position on the roster don't really seem to, very much.

I see why people are upset but we drafted good, skuta, lemon, and parys are playing well and they are all back ups. We have the room and opportunity to get something in return for a player that will be gone next year. Yes, it is a risk. Especially with it being a position of importance in our defense and if someone like Aldon goes down it will hurt greatly but if we remain healthy in that position then it will be a good move no matter what we get.

on second thought the trade is probably for a player.
