Well, that keeps him out of general population... which could very well be why he fought the guy.

He was already out of general. They don't keep high profile guys with General. He was let out for a walk though and had a score to settle with some guy who was talking s**t to him. According to the articles.

You misunderstand. They allowed him contact with other inmates to see if he needed to remain in solitary, to test how other inmates would interact with him. If nothing happened he would move one step closer to general population. He knew it. So, he fought the guy to stay isolated. Hernandez knows he can take a lot of them one vs one in a hallway... but he knows that in genpop it will be a couple on one.

They keep famous people isolated because theyre targets. Some random inmate will want to make a name for themselves by killing him. Same reason they keep Scott Peterson by himself. It doesnt really have to do with people not liking what they did, just that they all want the respect for being the guy who killed Aaron Hernandez.

I highly doubt he would ever be placed in gen pop. Its just asking for trouble.
they need to send that show lockup to his jail

Now suspect in two murders.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000350482/article/aaron-hernandez-indicted-in-2012-boston-double-homicide?akmobile=android&akcarrier=other

BOSTON -- Former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez has been indicted on murder charges in a 2012 double slaying in Boston.

Boston police spokeswoman Neva Coakley confirmed the indictment Thursday. Hernandez is already being held without bail after pleading not guilty to murder in the unrelated death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd last year.

In the 2012 case, victims Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado were shot as they sat in a car in Boston's South End. Police have said they were shot by someone who drove up alongside in an SUV and opened fire.

Boston police have written in an affidavit there is probable cause to believe Hernandez was driving a vehicle used in the shooting and "may have been the shooter."

Hernandez's lawyers did not immediately respond to messages seeking comment.

shoulda emulated this guy instead

Sounds more and more to me like the prosecution doesn't have anything. Their star witness had a change of heart, they have no murder weapon....just whole lot of circumstantial evidence that come gametime, the defense is going to rip to shreds.

After all of this, his name conveniently pops up in another double murder, and he gets into a fight with another inmate which results in him being charged with threatening to kill a prison guard. Way too convenient IMO.

Looks to me like they're trying to get him to plead out.
