Based on some of the things the prosecutor seems to know, it's pretty obvious one of his boys snitched on him. That's all the evidence they need.

Seemed obvious to me from the get go that this wasn't his first killing. Whole rental car and stuff, I mean he is still an idiot and messed it all up. But it didn't seem like his first rodeo.

Yeah... renting a car and going to an industrial park... that sounds like someone trying really hard to be a pro about it, but only having movies to go by for reference. All those things just it made it easier to get found out.

I don't recommend killing anyone, but to even the casual observer Hernandez was incredibly amateurish in how he handled this (assuming he's guilty). He's got the kind of money to whisper in someone's ear, and be on vacation somewhere sipping mai thais when it goes down.

To be present at the scene, driving a car that's rented in your name, all after texting the victim from your personal cell phone is retarded beyond all belief.

Part of me wishes he's found innocent just so we won't have to accept that's he really that stupid.
