people are such f**king morons. How the f**k did they already come to the conclusion that he's innocent when they have no idea what evidence there is?

Most people consider him to be guilty.

No murder weapon though, even though eye witness testimony should have been able to guide police to it

My brother, the Charger fan, has been following this closely and has made what I believe to be are some very important points.

First, he doesn't believe this is the first time that Alex Hernandez has killed someone. Since he is now under investigation for a double-homicide, my brother may be right on the money.

This puts Hernandez in a rare category if he is indeed guilty of not just one, but multiple murders. He goes from street thug to Sociopath pretty quickly. Most serial killers are sociopaths. Not every killer is a sociopath, but those that can kill again and again without remorse, usually are. Key traits:

A disregard for laws and social mores
A disregard for the rights of others
A failure to feel remorse or guilt
A tendency to display violent behavior and emotional outbursts

Does any of this sound remotely familiar -- especially when it comes to what we know about Hernandez and what has been reported publicly?

who the fvck is Alex Hernandez?

Dayum. Sorry. Meant Aaron. But the point is the same.

How many days passed though before they went to question Hernandez? That weapon could be long gone. Unless of course they trace his whereabouts since early monday (in case he drove somewhere to get rid of the gun).

I think we know now why he went to Gilette stadium...he stashed it in Brady's locker!
I still dont know why people are so fixated on not having a murder weapon, if there is enough circumstantial evidence its just as good as finding the smoking gun. The have bullet casings in his own rental car which probably match the same caliber of the glock hes pictured with (details havent been released yet), can place him at the scene of the crime with cell phone towers and surveillance video, and then attempting to cover his tracks by destroying evidence. He either needs to turn someone else in or he takes the fall, pretty clear cut.

Not to mention the police can also identify the men in the car with him via his texts and if they also have cellphones and then flip them to get a testimony. There is a reason they waited so long to arrest him, DA's dont want another OJ case and would only make the move if they had enough to get a conviction of either hernandez or getting him to turn someone else in.

Also look at his demeanor so far in court, IMHO if he was innocent he would be showing allot more emotion or outrage. Hes been stone faced the entire time. I know if i was facing murder charges I didnt commit I would be flipping out.
