fkn diva. any other QB pulls this s**t, it's an instant flag.
Brady's not a diva... and as much as we would all love to think the league gives him a pass, it's all hogwash. They said the same thing about Montana... My Raider friends would swear Montana got away with murder, and of course we all know it was BS. The Pats are obviously on the decline, albeit, they'll still make it to the play-offs and be competitive, but the "Dynasty" has fallen, so no need to keep hating as their days are numbered.
Naw he's right. Brady gets away with a hell of a lot. The majority of the other qbs in the league that threw that type of tantrum at a ref would have been flagged for sure.
And there will always be reason to hate the Patriots. Their 'dynasty' wasn't even a legit dynasty. They cheated for all three of their superbowl victories and in reality should have had them stripped. At the very least there should be an asterisk next to those trophies. All Robert Kraft's good ol buddy Roger Goodell does is slap Belichick on the wrist and say "please don't do that again k? Thanks."
I like Brady's intensity... he doesnt put up with stupid s**t like false starts.
Oh, come on. I saw every single Montana game for his entire career with the Niners and he never pulled anything close to that act that Brady pulled in this video. Nothing even close. I'm not sure where anyone gets the idea that Montana was a diva. Not even close to a diva. I used to work near the Santa Clara facility. We'd watch him horsing around with anyone on the team when he wasn't taking reps and I'm not just talking second and third stringers - I'm talking Niner facility personnel, grounds keepers, kids, etc. The guy was very down to earth when he was on the Niners and this period was after he had won a few Super Bowls.
Hernandez may be charged w/obstruction. Maybe more. I can't grasp how stupid some people are. He had the world on a string, financially set for life and all that goes with it.
Unfortunately - stupidity is never in short supply.
In regards to the Montana - Brady thing. The world has changed, IMO for the worse in many ways. Nobody would have gotten away w/that crap when Joe was playing, not Joe, LT, Marino -I could be wrong but I doubt it.
Today, we're in an In-Your-Face decorum that the media promotes and - We're stuck with it.
