QP and Ellington were the fastest and quickest guys on the field. In an offense with absolutely no speed it's just mind boggling how little Hyde, Patton, and Ellington played this season. It's a huge indictment on the coaching staff.
QP was very impressive last night, f@ck the fumble, he told gore to go around his block for the TD, ran down Kap who was outrunning SDs defense and most importantly he FINISHED every play no matter what. This is a guy who takes every catch to the endzone in practice and has the will and determination of a young Boldin back when he was on Arizona. Too bad Haro is completely inept in putting younger players in on offense.
I think had the 49ers drafted Antonio Brown, he'd still be lagging under this coaching staff, barely playing, they just flat out don't know how to use guys on offense, particularly receivers.
With speed and explosiveness being an issue on offense all season long, it is mind-boggling that Ellington and Patton got so few snaps. Maybe the next HC or OC can figure out how to use these guys properly because this current staff sure can't.
