Cam does have another year of practice squad eligibility. If they like what they see in camp, they can put him there again, then bring him up to the active roster in 2014 when Parys is gone. We'd have the best group of LBs in the league from top to bottom with our starting 4 and then rounding it out with Fleming, Johnson, Lemonier, and an ILB.
