It's difficult to see the Chiefs to remain undefeated for the rest of the season. They have some tough games toward the end of the season.

If they can take care of business the next 2 easy games-- Bills and Browns(?) -- that would put them at 9-0. If they go 3-4 for that stretch of tough last 7 games, that would put them at 12-4. That seems reasonable.

Yeah, I can't see them going anywhere close to undefeated or making the SB. Still a cool turnaround story though.

Oh yeeeauh, even tho they lost that answers the question.
That said, it just seems like it's more of a jinx for a team to be the last undefeated of the season.
Really interesting how far Chiefs are gonna take this.

So, you have to go all the way back to the 70s and the Dolphins to find the last time the last undefeated team won the SB??!!!
One the surface, that seems incredible! Ok, i'm diving into wiki nfl seasons to see if it's true. Because that's really interesting to me if true.
Jinx? Curse? call it what you want, but it reminds me of one of my favorite quotes that refers to historical empires: going something like "History is filled with the sounds of silk slippers going down and wooden shoes going up."
