That would be cake for the 49ers, for the Chiefs however I think 8-8 would be best case scenario (not sure that would be enough to make the playoffs). They are lucky to be in the AFC East!

I honestly have no quarrel with your prediction. My prediction is also 9 wins. That said, I would only suggest that people not read too much into preseason games for the starters. Preseason exists to shake some rust off for starters, and take looks at specific offensive/defensive looks. Teams don't gameplan, install the heavy blitz pickups, or hot routes for week 2 preseason games. For the most part, preseason exists for coaches to evaluate the young backup players in game situations.. to determine where they belong on the depth chart.

There are 7 games they should win. Usually, how it goes is that a team ends up losing a couple they should win and winning a couple they should lose.

Have a feeling they may get 7 or 8 wins. If they win 8, then it means they beat a better team per last 2 years records.

Bold are predictable wins, IMO.

Italics are toss ups. I believe both are wins for KC.

I would not be surprised if there is an upset or two in there as well. KC's defense is legit and Denver will not have near the pass rush they had without Dumervil and Miller.
