I think when it comes to comparing him to Colin Kaepernick, he's mini-me:

Good one on you, Beeker.

Too funny...oh well, *swoon* was the perfect description of what they do over the mere mention of Lil Rusty.

If Wilson fades a little this season and starts throwing interceptions or getting smashed in the backfield while he's running around doing his Fran Tarkenton imitation, heads are going to explode up there. If, at the same time, Colin Kaepernick does what I think he's going to do, they'll be jumping off the Space Needle.

And, you have to admit that the Rams had very good games against the Niners and, on the contrary, the Niners did not play well against the Rams. That last game, the Niners coaches really pulled a brain fart with that play calling and even in spite of that, if Walker catches that easy floater in the end zone or if the Niner kicker makes an easy kick in either game, the Niners win. Akers actually could have won both of those games with kicks NFL kickers make 90% of the time. So, I think the Rams were a little lucky with those games last year and I don't think they can count on that kind of luck again this season.
Yes. I admit to a point. No one was madder than me in the Ed when Aker was about to kick and win. I am forever captured on the NFLSound video mic thing as they featured Fisher with a mic that game, and then the camera highlighted me pissed off right before the kick. I thought you were going to win, my face says it all.
I will not agree that you can call a coaching brain fart a sneak up by the other team. That is par for many games. Best I can say is Niners expected an easy revenge they did not get.
I will agree that the Rams were not expected to play as hard as they did last year, and were underestimated maybe by their division foes. And that that won't happen again. I agree with you on that. But do remember that two of Rams' core players were benched for the tie game.
This year. I think Niners and Hawks are very focused on each other. And, also are paying attention to the Rams. Three good coaches. Two teams stacked with talent, and one young unknown.
You are correct there will be no sneaking. :-)

I think the budding rivalry between Niners and Hawks is fantastic. This is what football is, and it's great fun.
I don't understand why they are blocking anyone reading their website. They have specific forums for other NFL talk and a smack shack for insults.
How can you have a smack shack if you don't let anyone in to talk smack?
Hopefully they change that during the season.

Problem is Seattle fans act like they just won the Superbowl when they can't even acknowledge that they lost in the divisional round. For them, their Superbowl was their game with the Niners up in Seattle. I guarantee that Kaepernick will be much more prepared for the next game in Seattle. It's possible he will still lose, but they won't be running pre-snap motion on every play like they were in Kaepernick's first game there.

we can't ? i acknowledge it... so does everyone i've talked to...
as far as our game, no doubt that game meant more to us than the niners.. we were still playing for a playoff birth.. to call it our SB is a bit silly though.. to think that would mean we thought we were the inferior team, and to beat the niners would be a huge accomplishment.. when the fact is , we as hawk fans felt we were the better team, and expected to win that game especially being at home...

hawker, please...
Almost every time you look at the comments after an ESPN, Sports Illustrated or PFT article that's about the Niners and their chances this year in any way, there will be at least one post from a Seahawks fan that's basically "42-13!" It's become kind of a joke.

i have no idea what you're talking about.. i don't talk about that nonsense i talk about actual football.. it was an important rivalry game which a victory would get us into the playoff's, nothing more nothing less... to say it was our SB is hogwash and any real NFL fan would know that.
