Was Deion as a Falcon ever hated like Sherman was? Would you ever accept Sherman as a 9er?

One thing to note, Dion absolutely loves Sherman. Another thing to note, Sherman is a character, and assuming Sherman stays in the top CBs for a couple more years, he'll probably have a career as an NFL analyst after. So hate him all you want, but you better get used to him, he's not leaving your TV anytime soon.

NO D actually thinks before he speaks. Sherman just starts running his mouth without thinking about it, and than latter has to say sorry. D was cocky but not a complete ass like Sherman. Also D was just better.

They got their ring, the 13th man and Goodell aren't going to let them get away with all that cheating over and over... yes, they were allowed to get away with it more than any other team, but they already got their ring.

They'll be lucky to make it as a wild card and the hermaphrodite will get burned quite often.

I predict this will happen. Not only from his holding being called but from speedy WR's who can put on the juke move and from Stevie who will confuse the hell out of Sherman. Seattle's secondary will be exposed. As will their passing game. Bank on it. I dont think they'll slip too far, record wise, but there will be a drop off as teams in the NFC west are going to be absolutely fixated on exposing that secondary in order to keep Seattle from having home field advantage in the playoffs, to keep them out of the playoff all together but if they make it and dont get home field they're as good as one and done. One and done, just like their superbowl contention. And then their salary cap issues will kick in in 2015. Bye bye Seattle. Hello Ram and Cards.

Their "one and done" journey already kicked in (low gear for now). After 2014, they will be an afterthought while the Niners keep contending for the rest of the decade.

Agreed. However, the "best CB in the game" has no business getting torched by a s**tty team's no-name WR, ESPECIALLY when he makes illegal contact way beyond 5 yards downfield.

Sherman knew he was toast well before he actually got burned, so he went for his patented mauling technique and still failed miserably. That should never happen if you're elite AND the refs let you cheat. Dude was WIDE OPEN and would have been literally all alone when he made that catch if Sherman wasn't allowed to make illegal contact, slowing the guy down. Bottom line: he still got barbecued, but it would have looked way worse if he didn't cheat. Sherman is a joke.

Here it is from the other side. It's pathetic how obvious this clown makes it, yet the refs just allow him to do it.

I don't remember people hating deion when he was with the falcons. He went down hill pretty quick after he signed with the cowboys. Sherman's problem is his mouth.

Never hated Deion because while he talked trash, we had Jerry, who beat him like a rented mule when we matched up. Plus even Sanders' mouth was not as bad as Dick's c********r.
