Yeah a Colts fan on another sports site was saying how that was the most underrated pickup all offseason in the NFL. I said that sure he's an okay player but there's not many starters in the NFL that he's an upgrade over.

Ricky Jean Francois graded around the middle of the pack in Indy (-1.4 in 2013, -0.5 in 2014). I could see SF bringing back if on the cheap.

Average player. I would much rather give the minutes to Williams, Dorsey and Dial. Williams and Dial are much cheaper as well. Unless RJF is willing to sign for the vet minimum, I see no way he comes here.

Someone is going to give him more than vet minimum.
