This is HUGE. Ray Rice probably hasn't stopping smiling since Kubiak was hired. This is going to make him a top back again. He will be elite in Kubiak's system.
On the other hand, if the Texans abandon the zone blocking, good bye to Arian Foster. He'll fade away to becoming an average/mediocre RB. The Texans are in trouble with a new QB and a completely new offense.
