Play aldon and trade for Collin Kaepernick if you already don't have him. His value appears to be low in a lot of people's views. So go rob them and dominate your Fantasy Leauge.

That sucks, not only are we going to lose him when the league suspends him, we'll also lose him when he goes into rehab.
Put his ass in rehab and see if he also has some mental health issue. Start Lemonier and Skuta and have them develop and when Aldon returns, we will be as dominant as ever WITH a rotation even Fangio would trust.

I don't see why he wouldn't play. I know he got in trouble but a DUI shouldn't prevent him from being able to perform as long as he's well rested. It's not like he killed someone.
