There goes another WR chip off the table. With all the WR's being franchised and now Colston re-upping, V-Jax and Wallace are now going to command huge interest on the open market. After that you have the likes of Garcon, Meachem and Manningham as the best 2nd tier WR's. This is shaping up to be like the MLB with starting pitchers. Now these three "#3 starters" are going to be overpaid.
Looks like the Moss gamble may pay off in the end.
Or completely blow up in our faces.
Id like to see the 9ers grab Meachem and then go after a WR or two late in the draft like Broyles for the slot. Add in Fleener in the 1st round and we have improved our passing attack 10 fold. That is as long as Crabass makes it through camp in one piece.
