I disagree. Foster had tremendous talent coming out of Tennesse. I thought he was a big-time prospect in terms of talent, but other things clearly dragged him down. I was dumbfounded that he didn't get drafted.
Dominick was a sensational RB before injury, and I don't think they ran the same system back then that they do now. Slaton was OK.. But not that good. Whatever the "system" was sure didn't help prevent him from getting cut and ending up on the terrible Dolphins. Ben Tate was another very strong RB prospect (there's a reason he went in the 2nd round), so him having some strong success filling in for Foster is anything but surprising to me.
I don't know, french. I just have to disagree with that assessment. What I think most can agree on though is -- it doesn't matter really. The past is the past. Lynch has done less in Seattle than he did in Buffalo, Foster probably would be worse in Seattle too.
