Will the league discipline Seattle and Cleveland?

They have clearly committed fraud, advertising today's game as a game between two professional football teams. I think Seattle should get two looses for today's performance, while Cleveland should not get a win, and in fact, maybe should get a loss as well. In all seriousness, was this the worst football game ever played?

yes, it was pretty bad, yeah...worse game ever...definitely...at least the weather could be blamed on that 3-0 pitt game.

Sadly, it's true. Also, the Skins/Cowboys MNF game this year was really really bad too. Even though it was like 15-12, it was unpleasant to watch.
