I was going to say, not yet. He can become one but he isn't a top QB today.

He is not a top 5 QB but he is at least in the top 15.

If he cant get the 40 yard bomb to Calvin Johnson, he is largely ineffective.

top 10 if healthy... top 5 if the Lions can make the playoffs consistently and he puts up good numbers...and stays healthy

Need a much bigger sample size before ranking him at all. There's a difference between a good QB and a good fantasy QB. Absolutely not top 5, that's set in stone.
