Many of you guys are very childish..
Dorsey was a very smart QB. Just didn't have the tools to succed to be a NFL QB.
Very very smart guy. He'll also climb his way up to possibly OC/QB coach.
Wish him well.

In his defense, he was the QB Coach under MVP Cam Newton, so he is checking my box for sustained success for a HC candidate.
