Yeah, if he doesnt get injured for once they could have a nice attack, he also blocks pretty decent so williams will have some good blocking, and some help for once on offense.

Panthers getting some weapons at TE. All they need is a legitimate threat on the other side of Steve Smith and they'll be set on offense if the OL can stay healthy.
How interesting would it be if they signed the Giants' Smith and then had two Steve Smiths?

all teams have to spend at least 90% of cap space.
i think its an issue of having the right GM and front office to bring in free agents.

THANK GOD we fired Martz when we did. He would of had us trade Vernon Davis for a crouton. One of the few good calls Singletary made.
