If you could add one non-QB in the entire NFL to the Niners, who would it be?

Calvin Johnson or Suh, Damn the nfl better keep a close eye on the Lions, they have some special players. Revis would probly be the biggest diff maker...

Suh's an interesting option, but would we really want to waste his talents as a 3-4 d-end?

The biggest, most glaring need on offense is QB. On defense it's CB. Give me Revis. He'd be a difference maker and would elevate the entire defense.

Vincent Jackson! Combined with our 2 stud kickers, we win every game by 7 fieldgoals!

WARE......
If Aldon Smith panned out, it would only make us that much better.
Ware, Willis, Spikes, Smith
I just creamed my pants.
I could be a CB for the Niners with that line up.

Adrian Peterson. Then trade Gore and a 2nd round pick to the Pats for Wilfork.
Trade gore, u are out ur damn mind!!!! Gore is a much better all around back than AP!!!!
first of all AP is the best back in the game and as gore approaches 30, the age when rbs begin their decline, id take AP in a heartbeat, love gore and he prolly is a better ball catcher, but cmon son, theres loyalty, theres bias, and theres just ridiculousness
Gore is less than 2 years older...and I broke down exactly why Peterson is overrated. Why exactly, if Gore is a significantly inferior back, does he have more 100 yard games and yards per carry over the last 2 years despite playing waaay fewer games and running behind a waaaaay worse line? Not to mention Favre's '09 presence keeping defenses honest or Gore's far superior receiving and blocking skills...someone needs to address all this stuff instead of just assuming Peterson is some sort of god.
How exactly is a guy who broke the single game rushing record as a rookie overrated?
LOL. That's ONE game. Is Tom Fears some sort of legend or better than Jerry Rice because he had more catches in one game? Yes, that was a great game. And yes, his first 2 years were great. But certainly the last 2 years Gore has played better, with significant handicaps such as far inferior o-line, never having a passing game to alleviate pressure, etc. And again, Peterson is a one dimensional back that doesn't even stay on the field on 3rd downs. Gore is certainly the best blocking back in the game and likely the best receiving back as well.
Andes....your arguements are perfect. I have been preaching EXACTLY the points you said for years. Gore is better pass catcher blocker and a little worse runner although gore can break more tackles and is harder to tackle and certainly can break off many long runs behind a worse line.
These people are blind. Petersen has more speed BUT i would give up a little more speed for a better back that is underrated doesnt lose games by fumbling can block catch and is harder to tackle because of his fat jones drew ass.
Completely agree. And for the genius that wants to argue that ONE...I REPEAT ONE GAME he had against sd. Well did he know that they were down to some second string defensive players and it was one game? What a joke. I guess flipper anderson is the best wr and phil sims is the best qb

Ware, Ngata, Berry (he's going to be a star), Revis, Asmogougha-whatever, C Johnson, Fitzgerald.

This. Gore is a great complete back. AP is a great 2 down rusher.

not really... Getting Suh would switch the defense to a 4-3, let willis be the MLB, Lawson would actually be a decent olb in a 4-3, and have A Smith, J Smith, and Parys fight for playing time as the DE's. Ray Mc and Suh inside would be interesting.
