Redskins' Haynesworth charged with sexual abuse

WASHINGTON, (AP) -- Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth has been charged with misdemeanor sexual abuse for allegedly fondling his server's breast at a Washington hotel.
A grand jury indicted Haynesworth on Tuesday. The waitress' allegations have been reported by the media after the alleged incident in February. If convicted, the 29-year-old Haynesworth faces up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
According to the U.S. attorney's office, the government's evidence shows Haynesworth slid a credit card down the front of the server's dress and fondled her breast.
Telephone and e-mail messages left for Haynesworth's agent, Chad Speck, were not immediately returned. Speck has previously said there was no truth to the allegations.

he's already gotten away with raping Dan Snyder, so why not see if he can make it two for two?

Surprised NFL players haven't gotten in more trouble since they can't be punished by the league

Haynesworth has been doing his best to get in as much trouble as possible.

In these gold digger cases and im not saying this is one. But The law needs to make it to were if you accuse someone and you dont have proof or you are found to be lying you should be sent to jail! What else is gonna stop these claims? I have seen these girls that are obviously lying not even get a slap on the wrist while ruining reputations for the sole purpose of getting paid.
