I am torn right now between shutting down DraftWatchers(Since I have like no help outside Jreff22) and starting a nfl salaries site with salaries of all 32 teams and players.
Any thoughts.

You've hardly given DraftWatchers much of a chance. Patience is key. Things do not bloom overnight unless you have tons of money to promote it. There is no reason to close it. Devote less resources to it? Sure. But why close it? I would assume the site's cost is not much of an issue right now.
As for the salary thing ...
1) Are there any sites like that out there already?
2) Is there a demand for it?
3) Do you think you can get repeat visitors or will it just be a site for reference?
4) What do you want to get out of the site? Is it just for fun?
Who is your target audience? Will you just have salaries? Will it just be NFL?
You need to ask yourself these things first.
