Proposal for 3 stadium sports complex in Vegas

for basketball/hockey, (small 9000 seat) baseball and football.

I think it makes sense for 4 teams to move soon: Jacksonville to LA, Minneapolis to Las Vegas, Chargers to LA or Orange County and Buffalo to Canada (the NFL would love a team full time up north.

2 more teams on the West coast would be great for the current 6 teams currently West of Colorado.

Legalized gambling, and the NFL? I've thought about it myself. From what I've heard, it will never happen...as long as Las Vegas, is what it is.
