I would guess Fisher takes the Gruden route. Maybe he can take the place of Cowher and Cowher can go coach the Titans since he has had time to rest. It's not too far from his North Carolina (?) home.

Gregg Williams (former Titans D coordinator and Bills head coach) could be in the running for the head job. I'm not sure where Fisher could end up, maybe next year with the Chargers if they axe Norv or the Bengals? idk
