I think the nfl gives him he's about to die treatment, so until that happens they just let him do whatever it is he wants like it's really going to help him much he still has to draft the right talent, surprisingly it looks like he's done that last year and mcfadden is turning out nicely... but i'm sure al davis will surprise us once again this off season with something special!
