What would have been if we had hired Mike McCarthy as Head Coach instead of Nolan?
As I watched the Sunday night game, you can see that his team was prepared and they were executing a sound strategy, even with their backup. Man, this guy has always impressed me. Look what he has done with the Packers... I would bet that if he was in charge of this organization for the past 6 years, we would be much better off. This is the type of coach we need and should look for as Sing's replacement.

Perhaps - some (or most....I'm not really familiar with how Green Bay's front office works) credit has to go to the GM, Ted Thompson.
The Nines not only need a good coach, they really need a good GM too. Whether or not that is Baalke remains to be seen.

I could have swore the Zone was happy with McCarthy's departure and were laughing at how he would ruin the Packers.

Yup, most couldn't wait for him to leave because the Niners offense sucked the year he was here (under Rattay and a rookie Smith). OOPS!
