Bradford will be a good QB in time.

Yes, he has hit the wall in that opponents have figured out that OC Pat Shurmur has kept everything simple for him and spoon fed him little bits and pieces of the offense as he could absorb it. Shurmur is bright enough to recognize Sam can't be expected to win games all on his own so he has invested in him at a pace that keeps Sam comfortable and confident in what he CAN do without asking him to do things he isn't yet ready to do. So while he has done quite well with what he had, his lack of experience now puts him at a point where opponents have enough film of him that they can stop most of what he does.
hes gonna GET hit by willis and spikes

This. Oddly enough, not a lot has changed about how the offense looked in week 1 to how its going to look on Sunday. Pat Shurmur did a wonderful job of keeping everything simple to keep Bradfords confidence high. He of course is getting more knowledgable as the season goes on but it just hasn't translated into the stat column.

Next year, he will be even tougher but right now, the film all the teams have on him is starting to expose that offense. Stop Steven Jackson and put them in 3rd and long and they will struggle. Their offense RIGHT NOW is not set up for 15+ yard completions. Everything for the most part is kept underneath so Sam can get the ball out quickly. Unfortunately for them, you can't pile on too many points on a consistent basis playing like that

Which means he is due for a big game.

Not unless we have multiple turnovers AND/OR they change their whole offensive scheme for this one game.

As long as we don't turn the ball over and we make the tackles on the WR's when they catch it underneath, we will be fine. Bradford, RIGHT NOW, is not a playmaker at QB. He is a game-manager (a real game-manager, not a "Alex Smith can't do anything else that well so we'll just call him a game manager and be done with it" game manager)

He is 8 completions out of his 307 completions that went 20 yards in the air. Thats horrible but their offense at this stage of his rookie season is not set up for the big play
