When a person (i.e. myself) bashes the Chicago Bears and predicts they will be last in their division. Then, the team executes and become one of the best teams in the NFC.

What I failed to realize:
1. The Mike Martz/Lovie Smith combo took the Rams to the Superbowl previously, so they could work together.

2. Bears receiver core has shown to flourish under Mike Martz's system.

3. As much as Cutler turns the ball over and OL gives up sacks, the Bears defense is good enough to keep it close, where Cutler's arm has won games previously.

4. Matt Forte is too talented to make Mike Martz damage his stats and has shown to transition strongly.

Overall, I'm clearly not good enough to be a pro GM and should keep my day job
