All the consistently good teams start in the office, look at the Steelers, the Pats, the Colts; they all have strong people at the top.
I do not like the trade either, but I would never count Belichick out. He is one of the best coaches of all time and if he traded Moss I am sure he weighed the pros and cons and took his lumps on this one.
