Peyton would do the hurry up, and if the ref wasn't ''in place'' behind Peyton, The Colts would get penalized. It didn't matter if the Colts were set.
That is pretty fu*kin dumb.
Peyton went to the head office anyways. I'm sure they'll tweak it.

They're adjusting it.. but this really isn't going to make much difference for teams starting games like this to get a quick start.
