He won't have to give a penny back to the raiders. That's all just BS. He may not have deserved it, but the money was guaranteed.

Canada will be more than happy to open it's borders for another drug addicted, ousted NFL player. The CFL thrives on Americans f-ing up & having to play in their so called league. That is if Russell has any interest in playing at all. That's a big "IF".
