Neither did New England, but they held onto Cassel long enough to see his potential and get something out of it.

Brohm couldn't even beat out 5th rounder Matt Flynn for the backup gig.

He was supposed to be a first round lock after Ryan and Flacco, but he fell to the Packers in the 2nd round. Its just really uncommon to give up on a player from that round and ability. There's got to be an issue to his mechanics, intelligence, or a combination of the two.

Dude was pretty killer at Louisville... im way surprised he's sucked so bad in the pro's.

flynn was a 7th rounder
