Very interesting. White showed up in Seattle weighing a very svelte 218 Lbs. Do ya think it's possible this guy is serious? Lendale White hasn't weighed 218 since he was recruited by PC for USC.

It doesn't matter if he is serious or not. Our defense is outstanding against the run. The Seahawks needed CJ Spiller. They need fresh legs. Forsett is the only one who worries me. Leon Washington (broken leg will affect a speedster) and Lendale (powerback) don't scare me at all.

I don't understand how a broken leg will slow somebody down that much. I've broken both of mine, one badly and it didn't affect my 40 times. I can sure tell ya when the weather is gonna change now though... Regardless, really looking forward to seeing Justin Forsett get more ball time this year. The little guy's earned it.

I forgot you were the resident Seahawk on the board. Our defense is still the best in the division. Julius Jones is probably going to be the odd man out if Washington returns to pre injury form with Forsett being the third option. Pete Caroll must not have been too high on him to feel the need to trade for 2 RB's. Besides, not that it matter, but Lendale wants to be a starter, Washington wants to be a starter and a new contract. I just wrote another paragraph about a bunch of losers who aren't going to make a dent in our run D.
I think dealing with a compound fracture in your leg would take a little explosiveness out of the guy. And I don't want to hear about 40's on the internet cause the last time I ran a 40 I was running a cool 4.32.

Ah. ya beat me by .03 as my best was 4.35 which ain't bad for a 6'4" 225 Lb TE. That was a loooong time ago though. I'd be lucky to get under 6 seconds anymore. I'd expect your D to be the best in the Division, considering who your HC is.

This guy is just too nice to hate on. I'm joking about my 40 time, which brings me to a point, I don't trust what people say on the Internet. So when you say you've slept with 10 chicks, it's more like 4. So I don't know if I trust your 40 times without some verification that you were a tight end running that fast.

Forsett scares me more than any other offensive player on the Seahawks.

I don't blame ya. Without seeing certified proof, it's hard to believe anything ya hear up here. Even with proof it's hard. I played but not in the Pros. I got too busy smoking, drinking and chasing skirts to go to college, even though an old teammate of mine invited me to an open workout with a pro team once. By then, it was too late. The skills were rusty, the lungs in sad shape and I was well into my bad habits. The 4.35 was without pads BTW, just shorts and tee shirts.

4.35 is pretty hard to believe from a person that size, that is rare enough that most people with that size & speed combination make the NFL on physical tools alone. At 4.35 and 6'4" 225 someone will figure they can teach you how to catch and run routes.
I timed a few high 4.3's back in the day, all came from guys 170# and under. I am hoping you aren't white as your claim is definite BS.
