that's because the NBA playoffs is going to last for two more months and the draft is only one weekend.

Exactly. Plus, you're talking about series' here, not do or die playoff games. The NFL Draft is definitely more intriguing than two 1 vs. 8 series where the top seed is up 2-0.

Well of course it's the much bigger sport. Plus the NBA killed themselves with this 7 game 1st round bulls**t. Just takes all of the excitement out of the 1st rounds. Not to mention it takes 2 weeks to play the 1st round missing one game is nothing. i wish they could go back to the old days with 2 games on TBS and 2 games on TNT and teams playing every other night. Watching the draft is an event. Nothing wrong with basketball at all. A lot of great players and unlike NFL players they aren't knuckleheads.
