DHB number change cost less than $10,000

Plenty of you were intrigued by the news that Raiders receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey paid for the remaining inventory of unsold replica jerseys in order to change his number from 12 to 85, primarily since plenty of you were amazed that any such jerseys were made, or sold.

Per a league source, the price tag for the number swap was under $10,000.

But while Reebok got a reimbursement for black jerseys that soon will be absorbing the rays of the burning sun in one or more third world countries near the equator, the folks who paid for a DHB jersey bearing No. 12 will have no such luck.

At a minimum, Reebok should make available to the purchasers of the Heyward-Bey jerseys a replacement name plate that says "Stabler."

Does he think changing his jersey number will help him? Come on DHB!

probably wants to forget last season even happened.
He should also try and change his last name. Maybe considering learning how to run routes and catch the football would also be good changes.
Well, didn't he only get like 12 catches last year. Maybe now he thinks he'll get 85?

Edit... lol, he didn't even get 12 catches. He only got 9. Every time I look at his stats without having seen them in a while, I can't help but
