I heard on ESPN that the Raiders were willing to trade him for McNaab?
I wouldn't mind giving one of our 1st rd. pick for Nnamdi so the Raiders can use the 1st to trade for McNaab. Any thoughts?

Nnamdi wants out. He stated publicly.
I wouldn't give up a first for McNabb though.
Don't they want a 2nd?

I bet he would re-structure his contract to get out of Oakland. He may not for the 49ers since they aren't considered a strong contender, but there is a possibility as the 49ers are considered an up and comer and they're just across the bay so he doesn't have to move away from the bay if he has a family there or likes it there.

Eff it. Let's do it if we can. I highly doubt it , though.
Ya never know, we landed the Crabtree.

Nate Clements and the 17th pick in the draft, and our 3rd rounder.
for
Nnamdi Asomugha and their 2nd rounder.

I can't think of a team that would make more sense for him to go to. He's a born & bread California boy, went to Cal, and has been living/working the Bay area for over 10 years. Dude wouldn't even have to move (probably would though, depending on where he lives).
I think he makes around $3 million in 2010, that 16 million deal is a team option for 2011. Also think Al front-loaded the signing bonus so that may not hit our cap too hard either.
I'd make that trade in a heartbeat.

I would offer them our 2nd and a 5th ...Betcha they would take it, stranger things have happened ...Asomugha would improve our defense dramatically

Not gonna happen!
Mike Lombardi stated on NFL Network that Al Davis won't make any trades in their own division or to any team that they play the following season. The 49ers play a regular season game against the Raiders at Candlestick this year.
So there you go...

It would be worth looking into, then Al Davis would have more picks to draft speedy receivers with, we all know he is obsessed with speed at WR
Asomugha, Clements, Spencer, Brown ...That would be the s**t !!!
