Idiot

Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving late Friday night near Atlanta, the Miami Herald reported, citing two unnamed sources.

Brown was arrested after an officer pulled him over for changing lanes without signaling, sources said, according to the report. He was released from custody early Saturday morning.

Dolphins coach Tony Sparano, asked about the report on Monday morning at the NFL owners meetings in Orlando, said the Dolphins are still gathering information on what happened. The team takes the situation seriously, Sparano said.

Brown, who has no previous arrest record, was said to be distraught over the arrest, sources said, according to the Herald.

According to the report, it remains possible that the charges could be reduced to a traffic violation.

Brown's agent, Todd France, did not return messages left for him Sunday, the Herald reported.

Brown is recovering from foot surgery to repair a season-ending Lisfranc injury. As a restricted free agent tendered with a first-round pick, he is expected to return to the Dolphins for the 2010 season.
idiot indeed.
Damn, that sucks, he's one of my favorite players .

Stupid move, but hopefully this isn't a recurring incident.
Maybe he was pissed when he heard Smiley was going to get traded so he went to go get drunk

When 50% of the population having driven over the legal limit for alcohol once in their life or more, why is this news? Also have any of you who are calling him an idiot ever driven after drinking a six pack, that puts most people over the legal limit.
